Professional Regulations Commission
The Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) regulates and supervises the practices of the professionals who constitute the highly skilled manpower of the country. It is the agency-in-charge of the professional sector, the PRC plays a strategic role in developing the corps of professionals for industry, commerce, governance and the economy. Its mandate is to "Nurture Filipino Professionals towards the technical proficiency and the civic responsibility in the service of the Filipino Nation".

Department of Public Works and Highway
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is one of the three departments of the government undertaking major infrastructure projects and is mandated to undertake (a) the planning of infrastructure, such as roads and bridges, flood control, water resources projects and other public works, and (b) the design, construction, and maintenance of national roads and bridges, and major flood control systems.

The department functions as the engineering and construction arm of the Government to continuously develop its technology for the purpose of ensuring the safety of all infrastructure facilities and securing for all public works and highways the highest efficiency and quality in construction.
