Technical Experts

She is responsible for the entire development and design cycle of a module, system, subsystem, project component—from design, coding, testing (internal) and testing for user acceptance. She manages the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the module, system, subsystem, project component assigned to her. She is responsible in translating the user requirements and specifications into an application, module, system, subsystem design that are signed off by the client and end-user. She also checks and inspects that the codes and designs have proper documentation as required. She does general quality assurance of the SDS, UAT Testscripts, User’s Manual and other Technical Manuals to check that they are of the same version and release as the codes and designs forwarded to the client and end-users.

Diane has a BS degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from University of the Philippines-Diliman. She is a graduate of the Philippine Science High School.

Gabriel Ricalde is the Network and Information Security Specialist of the company. He is responsible for determining appropriate security measures and creating and updating policies and procedures that monitor and control access to system resources and data as well as protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information and systems. He is responsible for providing significant technical expertise and experience, standards development, program development, risk assessment, reporting, and awareness education related to information security. He provides expertise in disaster recovery, contingency planning, encryption, network security management systems, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and/or vulnerability management.

Gabriel has a BS degree in Applied Math from University of the Philippines Los Baños.
